Streaming KILI Radio
We have been streaming KILI for several years - but recently we switched our streaming company. Now - instead of LIVE365 - we are using The Streamguys. We're really happy with the new stream - it's much higher quality, we have 50% more streams, and it costs less!
What Browser are you using?
Most folks who stream KILI Radio are using one of four different browsers, and each one handles streaming audio in a little bit different way. It also depends a bit on how old your computer is.
Chrome is the browser that google created. When you click on "Click to Listen" - Chrome will start downloading the link that you need to use to listen to KILI Radio. When it is downloaded you will see the link at the bottom of your screen generally on the bottom right side of the screen. Click that link and it will open up your default music player, and automatically start playing KILI.
Internet Explorer (IE) is the default browser on most windows machines. It might be the easiest of all the browsers to use to listen to KILI Radio. When you click on "Click to Listen" - IE automatically downloads the link and also opens up your default music player - again - it's usually Windows Media Player.
Firefox does it a little differently. When you click "Click to Listen" Firefox pops ups with a little screen asking you what you want to do with this link.
Go ahead and save the link and it will open the default music player.
Apple - Safari
The most common or default browser for I-PADs and Macs is Safari. When you click on "Click to Listen" - it will open the link - generally using I-tunes.
